Thanks to the fast support from our hosting provider, everything has been resolved and all connections are stable again

We have changed the exchange rate update API to an better API. We think this will solve the problem because this is a provider with a free plan and paid plans, so we can always upgrade if necessary. If the problem returns, our team will continue to debug where the problem actually goes wrong.

It looks like all services have been restored. We will continue to monitor and keep an eye on Cloudflare's status page in case there are any more issues that could impact us or if it has been fully resolved.

The issue has been resolved. We have implemented a check that checks whether the database on our server is one day old. If so, it requests the data from our geo-ip provider again. If the database does not yet exist, it creates it immediately. Otherwise, it simply updates it daily. We can no longer be rate-limited because we can only pull 5 times a day without our token being reset. Now it only pulls once a day. We are pleased to confirm that all services are now fully stable. After monitoring the systems closely for the past two days, no further issues have been observed.

Thanks to the prompt support and collaboration of our hosting provider, any problems that arose were resolved extremely quickly. A big shoutout to them for their assistance in restoring and maintaining full stability.

We attempted to implement a fix for the referrer and user agent inaccuracies; however, it requires that users explicitly provide the User-Agent and Referer headers to ensure correct logging. Without these headers, the User-Agent will appear as Unknown and the Referer as Direct. Aside from this, all other issues have been resolved, and the system appears to be fully operational.

All identified issues have been resolved, and we are observing signs of full recovery. We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure stability and prevent recurrence. Additionally, we have fixed a frontend error that caused the interface to crash when generating an API key. This has been addressed through improved fallbacks and enhanced error handling mechanisms.

The docs are back online. The US region of ApiDog also recovered slowly, so we can quickly transfer everything to the EU. Now everything runs on the EU edition of ApiDog, which remained online when our docs went offline. We hope that everything stays online now and that doesn't happen again.
